One of my favourite parts of the stay was walking by the dam, where the water mirrored the sky, and the gentle ripples created a soothing rhythm. The sound of birds singing in the distance and the occasional splash of a fish breaking the surface made it a perfect place to pause, breathe, and just be present.

Golf Cart Rides Through the Grassland

Exploring the vast, open grasslands on a golf cart was an adventure in itself. The cool breeze against my face, the scent of fresh earth, and the ever-changing scenery made each ride a delight. As I drove through the winding paths, I caught glimpses of small wildlife, adding an element of excitement to the journey.

The gardens at Random Harvest are truly breathtaking. A burst of colour from blooming flowers, the delicate scent of jasmine in the air, and the soft rustle of leaves created a dreamlike atmosphere. Strolling through the gardens, I found myself enchanted by the sight of butterflies fluttering from flower to flower — tiny flashes of colour dancing in the sunlight.

The Magic of the Huge Tree Avenue

One of the most magical experiences was standing under the huge tree avenue. The towering trees created a natural cathedral, their branches stretching high above, filtering the sunlight into soft, golden beams. Walking beneath them felt almost sacred — a perfect blend of grandeur and tranquillity.

A Quiet Place for Reading and Meditation

With the world moving at such a fast pace, it’s rare to find a place where silence is truly undisturbed. At Random Harvest, I discovered quiet corners where I could read a book and meditate without distraction. The soft hum of nature provided the perfect background melody, allowing me to sink deeply into my thoughts and find clarity.

Birdwatching – A Gentle Adventure

For a nature lover, birdwatching here is an absolute treat. I spent time quietly observing the trees and open fields, spotting a variety of birds, from small, energetic sunbirds to elegant, soaring raptors. Each sighting felt like a reward, a glimpse into the hidden world of these fascinating creatures.

The Journey Home

As I finally drove away, I carried with me a deep sense of peace and gratitude. My stay at Random Harvest was more than just a getaway — it was a chance to reconnect with nature, find moments of joy in simple things, and leave feeling refreshed and inspired. I’ll certainly be back.
